Thank you for being a part of the Parkland Pool Association community this summer! Parkland Pool opens for the season this Saturday, May 25 at 11:00 am.
In case you haven't received them already, your 2024 ePasses will be sent to you again via separate email. They will come from [email protected], not parklandpool.org. Let us know if you don't receive them. If you don't have your ePass when coming to the pool, just ask our front desk staff to look you up in our member list to gain entry. But having your ePass on your phone is quicker and easier for all, so we encourage you to download the ePasses into your cell phone wallet (Apple or Android). Instructions are included in the email containing your ePasses. This year, in addition to purchasing physical guest passes (with 10 guest entries) at the front desk, you may also purchase virtual guest passes (in packages of 10) online at the new Parkland Marketplace. Doing so adds the passes to your membership record. To use them, just tell the front desk staff how many guests you have with you, and they will deduct your guest passes accordingly. With virtual guest passes, you can buy them in advance and you don't have to remember to bring a physical pass with you to the pool. If you use this option, let us know how it works for you. Parkland will again have a snack bar at the front office, offering packaged snacks and beverages. Payment by cash or credit card is accepted. You can also purchase $20 snack cards at the front desk. Parkland also offers swim lessons through the Rainbowfish Swim School. The Parkland Whales swim team competes in the Montgomery County Swim League. All ages 18 and under are eligible. Go to the Parkland Whales website for more information and to register Any questions or problems? Just ask at [email protected]. See you at the pool!
