Host Your Party at Parkland Pool!

Have a splashin' good time with your friends and family at Parkland Pool! Members are welcome to host parties at the pool. To ensure a smooth experience, please inform the manager at [email protected] if you plan to have more than 8 guests.​

Party Information Needed:

  • Requested Date: When would you like to have your party?
  • Time: What time would you like to start and how long will it last?
  • Number of Guests: How many people are you expecting? Please include both members and non-members.
  • Ages of Guests: What are the ages of your guests?
  • Special Requests: Do you need anything special? For example:
    • Picnic table reservation
    • Pool folding tables
    • Refrigerator space

Party Details:

  • No Party Fee: There's no extra "party fee" if it's during normal pool hours! Non-members will just need to pay the usual guest fees.
  • Virtual Guest Passes: We recommend getting a virtual guest pass online: Parkland Pool Guest Passes. It's easy, convenient, and you don't have to remember to bring a physical pass!

Important Notes

  • Availability: Submitting a request doesn't guarantee your date is available. We'll check for conflicts with pool events or other party reservations and get back to you.
  • Responsibility: Party hosts are in charge of setting up and cleaning up. We ask that you use a separate trash can (we can provide one!), bag up your trash and recyclables, carry them to the parking lot and place the trash bags in the big dumpster and recyclables in the recycling container, and clean up any spills.
  • Extras: We can provide folding tables and refrigerator space as requested. Pop-up canopy tents are available to rent for $20, and you'll need to set them up and take them down unless you request assistance.
