Facilities
Parkland Pool, among the first community pools established in Montgomery county, Maryland, boasts one of the largest and most beautiful settings. In the midst of a busy commercial and residential area, Parkland Pool is an oasis of green tranquility

Parkland Pool has something for every age group. Members have a choice of sitting beneath tall shade trees or lounging in bright sunlight. For active youngsters, there is a well-equipped playground including spacious sandlot. Older kids enjoy volleyball, basketball, badminton, and pingpong. Parkland Pool is a perfect place for picnics.

Parkland Pool has a lively swim team and instructional program. The swim team is the Parkland Whales. Younger children who are not yet able to be on the full team are encouraged to sign up for the Minnows program, and group and individual instruction is offered for all ages. In a few short weeks, they will be swimming and sharing the fun of being part of a team--experiences they will remember for a lifetime.

A whole summer of fun at Parkland Pool cost less than one weekend at the beach. Come and look us over. If you do, we hope you'll want to join us and become a member of one of the prettiest pools in Montgomery County.
